Rosemary Roeper, 77, of Melbourne, FL, passed away on Friday, June 25th, surrounded by her family.
She was born July 10th, 1943 in Queens, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Breslin) Muratore. She married Fred Roeper on April 21st, 1963 on Long Island, NY.
She was a Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother, who dedicated her life to caring for her family and others. She cared deeply for her parents and provided close and tender care for her mother, Mary, through her nineties.
Rosemary enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially to visit their nine grandchildren. She loved for her family to be together especially during the holidays. She had enough love to also extend her family and helped provide care and guidance for John Deluca of Melbourne, FL during his formative years. She was a member of St John the Evangelist Catholic Community in Viera.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Fred Roeper of Melbourne, FL; sister, Fran Valerio (Frank) of New Hyde Park, NY; three children, Fred J Roeper (Barb) of Parkton, MD; Michael Roeper (Anne) of Melbourne, FL; and Doreen Toale (Drew) of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Bryan, Sean and Dylan Roeper of Parkton, MD; Heather (Charlie) and Brittany Roeper of Chicago, IL; Cameron (Paul) and Ethan Roeper of Melbourne, FL; Samantha and Duncan Toale of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by four nieces and a nephew.
Viewings will be held on Wednesday, June 30th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home, 5400 Village Drive in Viera. Family and friends are invited to a Mass at 1pm on Thursday July 1st at St John the Evangelist Catholic Community, 5655 Stadium Parkway. After the Mass, she will be laid to rest at Florida Memorial Park, 5950 US-1, Rockledge, FL.
