Obituary

Marci Schirripa Giancatarino headed for Heaven on Friday, September 11, 2020 from her family home in Viera, FL.  She is survived by her loving husband, Patrick, their children Denise (Jason), Stephanie (Cody), Thomas (Megan) and Justine, and their precious grandbabies Adrianna, Hadley, Chandler, Elliette, and Layla. She is also survived by her proud siblings Bobby, Marty, Laura, Joe, Jeff, Rich, and Debbie.  Marci was preceded in death by her beloved Aunt Emily and Uncle Ray, her father Richard, her mother Ida, her brother Les, and her mother- in-law and father- in-law, Marie and Pasquale.

Marci was a proud member of the United States Navy from 1976 to 1980 where she met her devoted husband.  A true Disney fanatic, she enjoyed everything Magical Mickey had to offer, faith, trust, and pixie dust.  A compassionate mother, dedicated provider, and genuine friend, she spent her life caring for those around her, whether it was cooking a good meal or providing a warm embrace to make everyone she knew feel loved.

Marci was a deeply spiritual member of St. John the Evangelist Church where a mass will be held on Thursday, September 17 at 11 AM.  A visitation will be held the evening before, September 16, at Beckman Williamson Funeral Home in Viera from 5 - 7 PM.  Interment will follow at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery at a later date.
