Allen (Roach/Prescott) of 46 years. Larry loved his family, playing, watching or reading anything golf, living in Florida and loved to travel the world ---which he did with his wife. He was born in Hudson Falls, NY to Bernice E. Allen (Reynolds) and Burton Edson Allen.

Upon exiting the Army, he worked as a Mechanical Designer for General Electric Aerospace in the U.S. Space (Apollo Mission) and National Defense Programs. His work took him from Husdon Falls, NY to Norristown, PA and later Northern Virginia where he retired in 1993 from General Electric after 42 years of service. He later moved with his wife to Poolesville, MD and lastly to Melbourne, FL.
In addition to being survived by his loving wife, he is survived by three of his four children: Dale M. Lamont (Allen), Gordon E. Allen, and Donna M. Kransbluky (Allen) and her husband Michael. Allen (wife Patricia); Barbara Brown (husband, William); and Beverly Bisignano (husband Gary); and he’s blessed with two granddaughters, two great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, including great and great-greats.
Larry will be remembered by his wife, family and friends as a loving husband and father, a man who loved life, his sense of humor and his sparkling baby blue eyes.
