“May the work I’ve done speak for me”
Mrs. Cineretta “Cindy” Richards was born March 23, 1928 to the late Charles and Emellah McDonald Arscott. She is preceded in death by her late loving husband, Felix Richards as well as five sisters, two brothers. At an early age she attended Mt. Neb School in Jamaica, then she moved to London, England where she would work and finish her education. While in trade school she completed all requirements in cosmetology and as a nurse. Mrs. Richards relocated to Titusville in 1984 to be with her brother Rev. Ferdinand Arscott and joined St. James AME Church in the early 90’s where she happily dedicated years of service and served faithfully as a stewardess, missionary as well as singing in the choir #1 until her health began to fail. She was very dedicated to her family and was an inspiration to many that she encountered. Her home was open for any child in need of her “Tender Loving Care.” Her love and service will be missed.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories; A loving brother Rev. Ferdinand Arscott (Josephine) and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, sorrowing friends, and good neighbors.
