I've known and worked with Dave since the 1980's when I was in the 6555th. Dave provided leadership and insight at a time when we paved the way for Shuttle and new generation expendable launch vehicle payload integration and launch. I consider him a friend and he will be dearly missed. My deepest sympathies to Dave's family and friends.

Dave, Was a Classmate, friend and fellow member of Army's football hayday of the late forties. We played C 7B Squad for three years and then the rascal left the Scrubs for the Big Team.
